VALDOSTA, Ga.- The Valdosta State women's basketball team defeated Montevallo on Thursday night, 71-59 as part of the "Play for Kay" pink out at The Complex. With the win, Valdosta State improved to 18-5 overall and 14-4 in Gulf South Conference play while Montevallo fell to 11-15 overall and 11-11 in league play. The Lady Blazers snapped a two-game skid as well.
