VALDOSTA, Ga. – Valdosta State women's basketball freshman Erin Whalen was named Gulf South Conference Freshman of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday. This is Whalen's first weekly honor of the season and she is fourth different Lady Blazer to earn a weekly award this season.
